Dr. Hannah Geiger, Psy.D.

Dr. Hannah Geiger enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults from a wide variety of backgrounds and presenting issues, including ADHD, anxiety, behavioral concerns, depression, emotion regulation, family changes, and trauma. She is passionate about incorporating clients' unique interests and strengths into therapy and collaborating with each client to create an individualized treatment plan. It is her utmost goal to help each person who enters her office feel heard and understood. Hannah frequently collaborates with families, schools, and other support systems to help clients thrive in every environment. She works from a variety of evidence-based approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance-and-commitment therapy (ACT), parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), and family systems theory. Though her area of specialty is children, Hannah also enjoys working with adults and has received extensive training in treating individuals throughout the lifespan.

A Greater Cincinnati native, Hannah earned her master’s and doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from Xavier University. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Kentucky. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Valley Oaks Health in Lafayette, Indiana, where she worked in a community mental health center providing therapy and psychological assessment services to children and their families. She has previously worked with children and adolescents at Central Clinic’s Child and Family Treatment Center, as well as with K-5th graders within Cincinnati Public Schools as part of TriHealth’s community partnership program.Hannah is currently completing her post-doctoral internship at Viewpoint Psychological Services.
