A short intake form and/or a brief conversation so we can match you with the right clinician, then we get you scheduled with your therapist.

Building on progress

Early sessions shape your goals and set your approach collaboratively. Therapy is about connection and support, and helping you achieve your goals. We recommend starting with weekly sessions to help make best use of the momentum from starting therapy.
